We thought we would start this report with a poem that was discovered within the property. This poem was written by the former owner of the property, Mrs E.

Farm ‘E’

Visit Date: August 2012

The building appears to be in a generally good condition in most areas, however there are signs of floors starting to give way in a couple of rooms as well as a room that has been declared as ‘unsafe’. Walls are crumbling, paint is pealing and ceilings are falling in some places. Considering Mrs E appears to have passed away just a few months prior to our visit, we can’t help but think that she must have been living in very similar conditions to which we experienced on our visit.

We believe that Mrs E was more than likely living within a very small section of her large small-holdings property for the final months of her life.

There isn’t much really we can say about Farm E apart from it’s a 5 bedroom small holding property that’s located somewhere in England. It appears that an elderly lady, Mrs E, resided here on her own with only the odd care worker visiting for her company.

We believe that Mrs E passed away which resulted in her property being advertised for auction shortly before our visit.
